The Board of Directors of Eksons Corporation Berhad ("Eksons" or "Company") wishes to announce that on 20 March 2009, the Company's subsidiaries of Rajang Plywood Sawmill Sdn Bhd ("RPS") and Rajang Plywood (Sabah) Sdn Bhd ("RP Sabah") have reached an amicable settlement of various suits, details of which are as attached.
